How did it started ?


When you live with a condition day after day, you start noticing patterns—what aggravates symptoms, what calms them, what helps your skin and mucosa recover, what impacts energy, sleep, stress, and confidence. I created my method by documenting those patterns in my own life and refining my routine over time.
