My passion for herbalism and naturopathy started early. I was raised by my grandmother in a rural village in the Eastern Balkans—surrounded by rich flora and a way of life still deeply connected to traditional knowledge. She taught me to respect plants, observe the body, and value simple, consistent care.
My education took me through Turkey and Romania, where I completed high school before earning a state diploma in nursing and a post‑graduate diploma in cosmetics. As a beautician—a profession I practice with real dedication—I’ve always been drawn to natural, non-invasive routines that support both beauty and quality of life.
My search for answers led me far beyond one region or one tradition. My research took me from Romania to Anatolia, and from Cyprus to the Caucasus, learning approaches, ingredients, and practices that shaped the method I ultimately developed.
I currently live on the shores of the Aegean Sea, travel frequently, and I’m married to a diplomat. I write to share what I learned in the most practical way possible: with honesty, structure, and concrete recipes—so readers feel less alone and more equipped.
